Fighting Poverty with Advocacy: The Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers supports efforts to combat poverty throughout the region, and recently the WG Board of Directors endorsed Defeat Poverty DC.


2010 Giving Report: After endowments plummeted in late-2008, foundation giving dropped by 9.6% in 2009, as foundations looked for new ways to support grantees and communities.
